A familiar (and unfortunate) story about knowledge in the workplace

We’re employed in a variety of industries and hold a myriad of different roles. But we do have one thing in common when it comes to work: we all run into questions we can’t answer on our own. That’s often where the similarity ends. From there, our stories diverge as we head down whatever paths we are forced to take to get the answers we need. Wouldn’t it be great if we all had a single, familiar way to get those answers – without being forced to blaze a new trail every time?
